Controversies about George Reddy movie
The movie George Reddy which is based on the real-life incidents of the student leader of Osmania University, George Reddy is scheduled to be released on 22nd November i.e. this Friday. The movie team has been promoting and there is a good buzz about the movie. The team has dedicated a song to the power star Pawan Kalyan and that created more buzz recently. But just as the movie is getting close to the release, there are controversies arising about the film. The ABVP leaders have been saying that the film is glorifying Gorge Reddy without actually revealing the truths. They claim that George Reddy has 15 criminal cases on him but in the movie, he is shown as a hero. Also in the past, the court has given a verdict saying that the ABVP leaders have nothing to do about the murder of George Reddy but the movie has been speculating the same part again. So the leaders are asking that the movie should showcase both sides of the story and present the audience with nothing but truth. On the other hand, director Jeevan Reddy says that they haven’t fictionalized the film but presented the facts on the screen. This controversy is giving the movie more boost and publicity.
