Another freemake from the master?
Trivikram Srinivas who is often hailed as matala mantrikudu and guruji is undoubtedly one of the top directors of Tollywood. He has immense following in the youth because of the valuable ethics he preach in his movies. But the director is often subjective to allegations like copying storylines from Hollywood movies and old books and films in Telugu. Earlier in his movie, A Aa that features Nithiin and Samantha Akkineni is said to be a freemake of Yaddanapudi Sulochanarani’s Meena novel. But later the director has clarified that he has officially taken the rights from the writer to do so. Once again such a rumor is being spread that, his current movie Ala Vaikuntapuramlo is based on the movie NTR’s Inti Guttu from 1958. Talk is that the director has taken the key line from the movie and made changes that are apt to the current time period. But since this is just a rumor, nothing is actually at stakes but if this is anywhere near being true, the Aravinda Sametha director has his reputation at stake. Because in this generation when everyone has access to old movies, it is a matter of time some curious netizens see the movie prior to the release of Ala Vaikuntapuramlo and if there is any resemblance between the two movies, they will surely make a big fuzz about it.
